摘 要:类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎症为显著特征的慢性自身免疫系统疾病,其发病机制复杂且尚未完全阐明。多种细胞、细胞因子以及细胞间信号转导通路都参与了RA的发生发展,其中丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(mitogen activation protein kinase,MAPK)信号转导通路与RA发病关系紧密,在血管翳形成、滑膜炎症、骨破坏等过程中都发挥了重要作用。该文从MAPK信号通路在RA发病中与多种关键细胞、细胞因子的相互作用等方面,综述了MAPK信号转导通路在RA中的研究进展,以期为抗RA药物治疗研究提供方向和理论依据。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease remarkably characterized by synovitis of joints,whose pathogenesis is complicated and not yet fully elucidated.A variety of cells,cytokines and intercellular signaling pathways are involved in the occurrence and development of RA.The mitogen activation protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway is closely related to the pathogenesis of RA,and plays an important role in the formation of pannus,synovitis,and bone destruction.This paper reviews the research progress of MAPK signaling pathway in RA from the aspects of the interaction of MAPK signaling pathway with a variety of key cells and cytokines in the pathogenesis of RA,in order to provide a direction and theoretical basis for anti-RA drug therapy research.
