摘  要:为研究并预测长龄期混凝土的力学性能,基于三维格构模型构建了考虑真实形状骨料、界面过渡区(interfacial transition zone,ITZ)与砂浆基质的三相混凝土细观模型。结合万家口子水电站工程中的混凝土物理试验,进行了水化数值试验与单轴压缩数值试验,模拟不同龄期混凝土单轴压缩破坏过程,建立了基于水化度的混凝土细观力学参数演化模型。结果表明:基于三维格构模型构建的三相混凝土细观模型能够较好地反映混凝土单轴压缩破坏过程,与物理试验较为符合;基于混凝土水化-力耦合的三维混凝土细观格构模型对混凝土抗压强度的预测与物理试验值更为接近,可为长龄期混凝土力学性能的预测提供有效的数值方法。In order to study and predict the mechanical properties of long-age concrete,a three-dimensional meso-model of three-phase concrete considering real shape aggregate,interfacial transition zone(ITZ)and mortar matrix was constructed based on the three-dimensional lattice model.Combined with the concrete physical experiment of Wanjiakouzi hydropower station project,the numerical tests of hydration and uniaxial compression were carried out to simulate the failure process of concrete under uniaxial compression at different ages,and the evolution model of concrete meso-mechanical parameters based on hydration degree was established.The results show that the three-phase concrete meso-model based on the 3 D lattice model can well reflect the failure process of concrete under uniaxial compression,which is consistent with the physical experiment.Moreover,the prediction of the compressive strength of concrete by the three-dimensional meso-lattice model based on the hydration-mechanical coupling model is closer to the physical experimental value,which can provide an effective numerical method for the prediction of the mechanical properties of longage concrete.
