文旅融合背景下省级公共图书馆地方文献资源利用与开发

摘　　要：文章概述全国31家省级公共图书馆地方文献资源建设、开发利用现状,总结图书馆进行文旅融合的探索与实践,剖析在文旅融合背景下地方文献资源有着展示优秀文化、发展特色旅游、促进阅读推广、发挥文化教育的作用,能为旅游发展提供用之不竭的资源支撑和精神动力;提出省级公共图书馆应转变服务理念、深掘地方文化资源内涵、强化多元合作、引入数字人文技术创造文旅融合新范式等建议策略,打造图书馆文旅品牌,以传承优秀文化、服务社会的文化自觉,实现省馆开新局的责任担当。This article summarizes the current situation of the construction,development and utilization of local literature resources in 31 provincial public libraries across the country,summarizes the exploration and practice of the cultural and tourism integration in the library,and analyzes that under the background of the integration of culture and tourism,local literature resources have the functions of displaying excellent culture,developing characteristic tourism,promoting reading promotion,and exerting cultural education,and can provide inexhaustible resource support and spiritual power for tourism development.It is proposed that provincial public libraries should change their service concept,dig deep into the connotation of local cultural resources,strengthen multi-cooperation,introduce digital humanities technology to create a new paradigm of cultural and tourism integration,and build a library’s cultural and tourism brand to fulfill the responsibility of opening up a new situation for the provincial pavilion by the cultural awareness of inheriting excellent culture and serving the society.
