摘 要:针对矿岩极不稳固的急倾斜薄矿体,提出了一种新型下向分层充填采矿法。该法采用脉内采准布置,矿块内不留矿柱,由矿房两翼向中央前进式回采,崩落矿石经电耙运至人行通风天井完成出矿。每次回采分层矿体后,垂直矿体走向对上、下盘围岩施工超长锚杆,并与钢筋网相连接。当采场内矿石全部回采且采空区完成充填后,立即对矿房一侧的人行通风天井进行充填,保留另一侧人行通风天井用于相邻矿房回采时行人、通风、提料和放矿。以蚕庄金矿七里山矿区为工程背景,与原采矿法对比,新方法综合成本降低27.31%,矿石损失率和贫化率分别下降5.5,5个百分点,千吨采切比降低至6.57 m/kt,长锚杆经纬状钢筋网协同支护提高了人工假顶的稳定性与安全性,矿山开采可以获得较高的经济效益和生态效益。In view of the extremely unstable steeply and inclined thin ore body,a new downward layered filling mining method was proposed.This method arrange mining preparation engineering in the vein without pillars in the ore block,and advance mining was carried out from the two wings to the center of a mine room.The caving ores transport to the ventilation shaft by scraper.After each mining of the layered ore body,overlength bolts are set vertically along ore body strike in the surrounding rocks and are connected with the steel mesh.When all the ores in the stope were mined and the goafs were filled,the ventilation shaft was immediately filled on one side of the mine room,and the ventilation shaft on the other side was left for pedestrians,ventilation,material extraction and ore drawing when the adjacent mine room was mined.Taking the Qilishan mining area of Canzhuang Gold Mine as the engineering background,compared with the original mining method,the comprehensive cost of the new method is reduced by 27.31%,the ore loss rate and dilution rate are reduced by 5.5 and 5 percentage points respectively,the cut-to-cut ratio per thousand tons is reduced to 6.57 m/kt,and the synergistic support of the overlength bolts with warp and weft steel mesh improves the stability and safety of the artificial false roof.This new mining method can obtain higher economic and ecological benefits.
