摘  要:三贵口铅锌矿矿体产状复杂,品位低,是典型的难采矿体,原设计的空场法不但矿石贫化损失严重,且形成大量采空区,给深部矿体的开采带来了极大的安全风险和开采难度。为此,该矿提出采用充填法进行空区处理并改用充填法开采。采用深锥浓密机短流程瞬态尾砂高效浓缩、充填料浆连续制备工艺,实现了尾砂边进砂浓缩边放砂充填,充填流量达180 m^(3)/h,可连续24 h充填,充填能力超过4000 m^(3)/d;研发了以水泥和粉煤灰为原料的低成本胶结剂,并采用多仓配置的多微粉添加技术,实现了多种低成本胶结剂的精准添加,大大降低了充填成本,综合充填成本仅39元/m^(3)。实践表明,充填系统顺利实现了大能力低成本充填,为三贵口铅锌矿的安全、绿色、高效开采提供了保障。With complex occurrence and low grade,the ore body in Sanguikou Lead-zinc Mine is typically difficult to mine.The originally designed open stope method not only had serious ore dilution loss,but also formed a large number of goafs,which brought great safety risk and mining difficulty to the mining of deep ore body.Therefore,using filling method for goaf treatment was proposed,and mining method was changed to filling mining.By adopting the short flow transient and high-efficiency concentration of tailings with deep cone thickener,as well as continuous preparation process of filling slurry,the tailings can be discharged and filled while feeding and concentrating.The filling flow is up to 180 m^(3)/h,which can be filled continuously for 24 hours,and the filling capacity is more than 4000 m^(3)/d.The low-cost cementing agent with cement and fly ash as raw materials was developed,and the multi-powder addition technology with multi bin configuration was adopted to realize the accurate addition of a variety of low-cost cementing agents,which can greatly reduce the filling cost.The comprehensive filling cost was only 39 RMB/m^(3).The practice shows that the filling system has successfully realized large-capacity and low-cost filling,which provides a guarantee for the safe,green and efficient mining of Sanguikou Lead-zinc Mine.
