摘  要:露天矿地下采空区的存在对矿山安全生产是一种极大的隐患。针对某露天铁矿一些特殊部位的采空区,如最终边帮下方或地表构筑物下方,因为无法通过爆破崩落法处理,采用胶结充填加固处理为最佳。根据采空区地质现状和充填治理工艺,经测算试验得到所需的最大注浆压力等数据。参考注浆料的制备工艺和基本性能要求,配置不同的注浆料进行试验和测算,选定最佳的注浆料:5%水泥、95%碎石粉,1∶4水灰比。使用该材料充填采空区可以完全满足要求,保证了边坡的稳定。The existence of underground goafs in open-pit mine is a great hidden danger to mine safety production.For the goaf in some special parts of an open-pit iron mine,for example,under the final slope or under the surface structure,due to the blasting caving method cannot be used,the cemented filling reinforcement is the best choice.According to the geological status of goaf and filling treatment technology,the required maximum grouting pressure and other data are obtained through calculation and test.With a reference to the preparation process and basic performance requirements of grouting materials,different grouting materials are configured for test and calculation,and the best grouting material is selected with cement of 5%,crushed stone powder of 95%,and cement-sand ratio of 1∶4.When the material is used to fill the goaf,it can totally meet the requirements and ensure the stability of the side slope.
