摘 要:为研究不同尺寸矸石胶结充填体在受压过程中的损伤破坏特征,分别制备了边长为50 mm、70 mm、100 mm和150 mm的立方体试件,并对试件进行单轴压缩试验,监测加载过程中试件的声发射能量变化;采用扫描电镜观测充填体的微观形貌,分析矸石胶结充填体的损伤演化规律。结果表明:随着试件尺寸的增大,其抗压强度呈现出先增大后减小的规律,边长为100 mm的试件抗压强度最大;试件的破坏形式随尺寸的增大由劈裂破坏逐渐变为X状共轭剪切破坏;单轴压缩过程中试件的声发射能量变化可以分为4个阶段,与应力应变曲线有较好的对应关系,在峰值应变附近试件的声发射能量会发生激增,可以作为试件破坏的预兆,在峰后破坏阶段,不同尺寸试件的声发射能量变化较大。In order to study the damage and failure characteristics of cemented backfill with different sizes of gangue during compression,cube specimens with side lengths of 50 mm,70 mm,100 mm and 150 mm were prepared respectively,and uniaxial compression tests were carried out to monitor the change of acoustic emission energy during loading.The micro morphology of the backfill was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the damage evolution law of cemented backfill with gangue was analyzed.The results show that the compressive strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of specimen size,and the specimen with side length of 100 mm has the greatest compressive strength.The failure mode of the specimen gradually changes from splitting failure to X-shaped conjugate shear failure with the increase of specimen size.The change of AE energy of the specimen in the process of uniaxial compression can be divided into four stages,which has a good corresponding relationship with the stress-strain curve.The AE energy of the specimen will surge near the peak strain,which can be used as a precursor of specimen failure.In the post peak failure stage,the AE energy of specimens with different sizes changes greatly.
