摘 要:为了降低炉底渣对环境的危害,在充填料浆质量浓度(79%)固定不变,且煤矸石、粉煤灰、水泥的质量比不变的条件下,研究不同质量比的炉底渣对充填体的初凝与终凝时间、抗压强度、弹性模量、变形特性及应力损伤值等力学特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着炉底渣掺量的增加,充填材料的初凝及终凝时间缩短,28 d龄期抗压强度随之降低,弹性模量与峰值应力均表现出先增加后减小的趋势。适量添加炉底渣,可降低水泥添加量,减少9.9%~18.3%的充填成本,具有显著的环保价值和经济价值。In order to reduce the harm of bottom slag to the environment,under the conditions that the mass concentration of filling slurry(79%)was fixed and the mass ratio of coal gangue,fly ash and cement was unchanged,the influence laws of the bottom slag with different mass ratios on mechanical properties of filling body were studied,such as initial and final setting time,compressive strength,elastic modulus,deformation characteristics and stress damage value.The research results show that with the increase of the bottom slag content,the initial setting time and final setting time of the filling material is shortened,the 28 d compressive strength decreases,and the elastic modulus and peak stress both increase first and then decrease.The stress-strain evolution process of the 28 d filling body is divided into four stages,including compaction stage,elastic stage,plastic stage and softening stage.Adding appropriate amount of bottom slag can reduce the amount of cement added and decreace the filling cost by 9.9%~18.3%,which has a significant environmental protection value and economic value.
