摘　　要：针对某磷矿山粗骨料长距离复杂工况下向泵送充填技术难题,开展粗尾矿破碎筛分试验,确定合理的充填骨料级配;通过研发型号为CSKY01的粗骨料浆充填改性剂,改变料浆性能,保证料浆在管道中长时间不分层不离析且兼具良好的流动性,确定了合理的充填材料和最优级配。同时,通过研发高稳定性膏体大管径低流速输送、大转弯半径零紊流减阻输送、胶凝料浆与非胶凝料浆分流输送、低浓度料浆稳态满管超前导流下向泵送等成套技术,解决了传统充填系统中堵管事故频发、管道阻力大、系统破损严重等技术难题,在长为8 km管道、20 km^(2)大矿区实现了低能耗充填、高可靠性下向泵压输送,取得了良好的经济效益。Aiming at the technical problem of downward pumping filling of coarse aggregate in a phosphate mine under long distance and complex working conditions,the coarse tailings crushing screening test was carried out to determine the reasonable filling aggregate gradation.With the CSKY01 type of coarse aggregate slurry filling modifier,the slurry performance was changed,so that the slurry in the pipeline would not be layered and separated for a long time and can have a good fluidity.The reasonable filling materials and optimal gradation were determined.At the same time,through the research and development of complete sets of technologies,such as transportation with high-stability paste with large diameter and low flow rate,transportation with large turning radius and zero turbulent drag reduction,diversion transportation of cementitious slurry and non-cementitious slurry,as well as steady-state full pipe leading downward pumping with low-concentration slurry,the technical problems of frequent plugging accidents,large pipeline resistance and serious system damage in traditional filling system were solved.In the large mining area of 20 km^(2)and long pipeline of 8 km,low-energy consumption filling and high-reliability downward pumping transportation has been realized,and good economic benefits have been achieved.
