摘 要:充填是金属矿山地下开采常用的采场地压管理方式,关键是研究充填体应力变化规律以及充填体受开挖影响产生暴露面后的自立稳定性。基于充填体中的应力成拱效应,运用极限平衡和数值模拟方法,分析了倾斜采场充填体中的应力分布规律与不同充填采场三维几何尺寸的关系;在考虑充填采场水力半径条件下,得出预估充填采场底板竖向应力的表达式;通过考虑充填体中应力成拱效应时得到的应力分布表达式,运用极限平衡以及数值模拟方法,分析了二步倾斜采场充填体具有自由暴露面时的自立稳定性,得到了充填体作为自立稳定人工矿柱时所需的黏聚力,研究成果可为金属矿山充填挡墙的初步设计提供理论依据。Backfill is a common method for stope ground pressure management in underground mining of metal mines.The key issues are the stress distribution in backfill and the self-supporting stability of filling body after forming the exposed surface under the influence of excavation.Based on the stress arching effect in the filling body,the relationship between stress distribution in the filling body of inclined stope and three-dimensional geometric size of different filling stopes was analyzed by using limit equilibrium and numerical simulation.Considering the hydraulic radius of the filling stope,the expression for estimating vertical stress of filling stope floor was obtained.Based on the stress distribution expression obtained by considering the stress arching effect in the filling body,the self-supporting stability of the filling body in two-step inclined stope with free exposed surface was analyzed by using limit equilibrium and numerical simulation.And the cohesion of filling body as a self-supporting artificial pillar was obtained.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the preliminary design of filling retaining wall in metal mines.
