摘  要:以甲醇为萃取剂,建立了超声萃取-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定水性涂料中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量的方法。样品经甲醇超声提取,过0.22μm有机相滤膜,采用高效液相色谱仪(紫外检测器277 nm)测定。结果表明,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP_(10)EO)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP_(10)EO)在线性范围1~50μg/mL具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP_(10)EO)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP_(10)EO)的检出限分别为0.5μg/mL和1.0μg/mL。对阴性样品进行3个浓度水平的加标回收试验,得到回收率为95.7%~103.3%,测定的相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.3%~4.6%。结果表明,该方法操作方便简单、精密度高、重现性好,适用于水性涂料中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量的快速测定。A method for the determination of alkylphenol polyethoxylates in waterborne coatings by ultrasonic extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established in this paper.The sample had been ultrasonic extracted filtered through 0.22 μm membrane,and detected by HPLC(UV detector 277 nm).The results showed that linear ranges of OP_(10)EO and NP_(10)EO were both 1-50 μg/mL,presenting a good linear relation,with a linear correlation coefficient above 0.999.The detection limits of OP_(10)EO and NP_(10)EO were 0.5 μg/mL and 1.0 μg/mL.The recovery rates obtained from negative samples at three different concentration levels ranged from 95.7%to 103.3%,and RSD(n=7)of determined values were in the range of 1.3%-4.6%.The above results indicated that the method is of simple operation,high precision and good reproducibility,suitable for the quick determination of slkylphenol polyethoxylates in waterborne coatings.
