摘 要:利用分子拥挤试剂与离子液体作为反应溶剂合成分子印迹聚合物的原理,选择左氧氟沙星(LEV)作为模板,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMAA)为分子拥挤剂,以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐[BMIM]BF4(离子液体)作为反应溶剂,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为关联剂,将二甲基亚砜/离子液体/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯按1.0:1.6:5.0的比例溶于氯仿(150 mg/mL)作为致孔剂,制备生成印记效果较好的左氧氟沙星分子印迹聚合物。通过吸收实验对制备的印迹聚合物进行表征与测试,结果表明,左氧氟沙星印迹聚合物对左氧氟沙星有很好的选择识别性能,可将左氧氟沙星印迹聚合物作为吸附剂,结合固相萃取技术应用于水性介质中的左氧氟沙星含量的测定。Molecular crowding reagents and ionic liquids were used as reaction solvent to synthesize the molecular imprinting polymer.Based on this principle,with levofloxacin(LEV)as the template,polymethyl methacrylate(PMAA)as molecular crowding agent,1-butyl 3-four fluoboric acid methyl imidazole salt([BMIM]BF4)(ionic liquid)as reaction solvent,methylacrylic acid(MAA)as functional monomer,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as the associating agent,dimethyl allyl levofloxacin molecularly imprinted polymer with good imprinting effect was prepared by using dimethyl sulphoxide/ionic liquid/polymethyl methacrylate at the ratio of 1.0:1.6:5.0 as the initiator and chloroform(150 mg/mL)as the pore forming agent.The prepared imprinted polymer was characterized and tested by absorption test.The results showed that levofloxacin imprinted polymer had good selective recognition performance for levofloxacin,and levofloxacin imprinted polymer could be used as adsorbent combined with solid phase extraction technology for the determination of levofloxacin content in aqueous media.
