政府资本、农业技术投入与农业经济增长——基于广西96个县域面板门槛模型的实证

摘　　要：农业经济增长离不开政府资本支持,也离不开持续的农业技术投入.应用Hansen面板门槛模型,基于2004-2018年广西96个县域的面板数据,探究政府资本、农业技术投入对农业经济增长的影响.结果发现:1)政府资本、农业技术投入对农业经济增长的影响具有显著门槛特征,无论政府资本处于什么水平,农业技术投入均对农业经济增长有显著正向促进作用,但是影响程度会随政府资本门槛值的提高呈现出边际递减趋势;2)广西县域层面政府资本投入表现出非均衡性,2004年以来政府资本支持农业发展的力度逐渐加大,但也要注意到2018年仍有46.88%的县域政府资本低于门槛值10.7397;3)广西各内部区域间门槛效应存在显著差异,北部湾地区和桂东地区存在双门槛效应,桂西地区和桂北地区存在单门槛效应,桂中地区不存在门槛效应;4)政府资本、农业技术投入与农业经济增长之间存在显著的非线性关系,农业技术投入对农业经济增长的影响会显著受到政府资本这一门槛的影响.因此,有必要加大各县域政府资本投入力度,尽快缩小县域间差距.Agricultural economic growth can not be separated from the support of government capital,it also can not be separated from sustainable agricultural technology input.Using the Hansen panel threshold model,based on the panel data of 96 counties in Guangxi from 2004 to 2018,this paper explored the impact of government capital and agricultural technology input on agricultural economic growth.The results show that:The impact of government capital and agricultural technology input on agricultural economic growth has significant threshold characteristics.No matter what level of government capital is,agricultural technology input has a significant positive effect on agricultural economic growth,but the degree of impact will show a marginal decreasing trend with the increase of government capital threshold.The government capital input at the county level in Guangxi is unbalanced.Since 2004,the government capital has gradually increased its support for agricultural development,but it should also be noted that 46.88 per cent of the county government capital is still below the threshold value of 10.7397 in 2018.There are significant differences in threshold effect between different internal regions.There is double threshold effect in Beibu Gulf region and eastern Guangxi,single threshold effect in western Guangxi and northern Guangxi,and no threshold effect in central Guangxi.The research shows that there is a significant nonlinear relationship between government capital,agricultural technology input and agricultural economic growth.The impact of agricultural technology input on agricultural economic growth at the county level in Guangxi will be significantly affected by the threshold of government capital.It is necessary to increase the intensity of county government capital input and narrow the gap between counties as soon as possible.
