摘 要:基于54所院校关于办学定位的最新表述、最新版学校章程和可以查阅到的最新的学校五年发展规划中关于办学定位的表述,研究分析了我国公办财经类本科院校办学定位的现状和存在的问题,提出了合理定位的路径。我国公办财经类本科院校办学定位存在人才培养定位表面化和形式化、办学类型定位聚焦人才培养不够、发展目标定位模糊或偏高、过度追求办学层次提升和低水平重复学科专业多元化等问题。我国政府教育部门应完善以人才培养定位为基础的高校分类体系,将本科院校(不含职业教育)划分为研究型、应用研究型和应用型,推进高校本科专业、课程的分类评价工作。我国公办财经类本科院校应坚持高质量发展、特色发展、可持续发展和以本为本的办学定位理念,增强做好办学定位的意识,找准自己的“生态位”,定位过程中处理好民主与集中的关系,优化办学定位的表达方式。Based on the latest expression on the positioning of school-running on the websites of 54 colleges and universities, the expression on the positioning of school-running in the latest version of school statutes and the latest five-year development plan that can be consulted, this paper studies the current situation of the positioning of public undergraduate colleges and universities in finance and economics in China, analyzes the problems in the positioning of school-running, and puts forward the path of reasonable positioning. There are some problems for China’s public undergraduate colleges and universities in finance and economics in the positioning of school-running, including talent training positioning saying one way and acting another, school-running type positioning focusing on talent training not enough, fuzzy or over-high development goal, excessive pursuit of school-running level promotion and low-level repeated diversification of disciplines and majors. The ministry of education of Chinese government should improve the classification system of colleges and universities based on the positioning of talent training, divide undergraduate colleges and universities(excluding vocational education) into research type, application-research type and application type, and promote the classification and evaluation of undergraduate majors and courses in colleges and universities. China’s public undergraduate colleges and universities in finance and economics should adhere to the concept of high-quality development, characteristic development, sustainable development and undergraduate education being fundamental, enhance the awareness of doing the positioning of school-running well, find their own "ecological niche", handle the relationship between democracy and centralization in the process of positioning, and optimize the expression of the positioning of schoolrunning.
