摘 要:针对病死动物干化化制过程中物料组分复杂多变,流动不均衡等问题,提出一种新型双螺带式搅拌器。采用ANSYS软件进行了化制罐内物料与搅拌器流固耦合建模与仿真分析,研究不同搅拌速度下化制容器内的物料流动速度与分布规律,并结合干化容器内物料流线分布进行了搅拌器结构优化。试验和数值优化结果表明,双螺带式搅拌器在10r/min的搅拌转速下,化制容器内超过80%的物料流动速度均达到0.419 m/s以上。相比单螺带搅拌器提升物料流动性能20%,一种新型双螺带式搅拌器提升了病死动物干化化制处理的效率和质量。To solve the problems of complex and changeable material components and uneven flow in the drying process of sick and dead animals,a new type of double ribbon agitator was proposed.The fluid-solid coupling of the material in the chemical tank and the agitator was carried out using ANSYS Software.Modeling and simulation analysis was used to investigatethe material flow rate and distribution mechanism in the chemical vessel under different stirring speeds and combine the material flow line distribution in the drying vesselso as to optimize the structure of the agitator.Experimental and numerical optimization results showed that the maximum deformation of the double ribbon agitator was0.21 mm at a stirring speed of 10 r/min,and flow velocity of more than 80%of the materials in the chemical system reached 0.419 m/s.Compared with the single ribbon agitator,the material flow performance wasincreased by 20%,and the efficiency and quality of the drying process of sick and dead animals were improved.
