摘 要:【目的】评价云南主栽甘蓝型油菜品种的硼效率,分析苗期组织硼含量的差异及其与硼效率的相关性,为油菜硼高效育种及硼效率分析提供理论依据。【方法】以21个云南主栽甘蓝型油菜品种和2个外省品种为材料,设置正常硼(NB,25.00μmol/L)和低硼(LB,0.25μmol/L)处理,采用两步筛选法(苗期生物量、全生育期产量)对其硼效率进行评价,并对23个油菜品种苗期根、茎、叶柄和叶的硼含量进行测定。【结果】筛选出3个硼高效、6个硼中效和14个硼低效品种,且产量筛选与苗期筛选结果一致,表明两步筛选法评价油菜硼效率具有较好的可靠性。NB与LB处理下油菜植株各组织的硼含量均为叶>叶柄>茎>根,且NB条件下不同硼效率品种的同一组织硼含量差异不大,但LB处理下其硼含量均不同程度地降低,降低幅度为硼低效品种>硼中效品种>硼高效品种。相关性分析表明:硼效率系数与低硼下组织硼含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与组织硼含量降低率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),且与根的硼含量降低率的相关性最高。【结论】根的硼含量降低率可作为甘蓝型油菜硼效率评价的可靠指标。云南主栽油菜硼高效品种较少,在云南油菜生产中应注意施用硼肥并选择硼高效油菜种质资源作为育种亲本。[Purpose]To evaluate the boron efficiency of Brassica napus cultivars cultivated in Yunnan, analyzing the differences of boron content in the tissues of seedling stage and their correlation with boron efficiency, so as to provide a theoretical basis for high-efficiency boron breeding of B.napus and analysis of boron efficiency. [Method]With 21 main B. napus cultivars cultivated in Yunnan and two cultivars from other provinces, normal boron(NB, 25.00 μmol/L) and low boron(LB, 0.25 μmol/L) were used in this experiments. We determined the boron contents in roots, stems,petioles and leaves of 23 cultivars at seedling stage, and the two-step screening method(biomass at seedling stage, yield during the whole growth period) was used to evaluate its boron efficiency.[Results]Three high-efficiency boron varieties, six medium-efficiency boron varieties, and 14 lowefficiency boron varieties were screened out, the results showed that the yield were consistent with those of seedling screening, indicating the method was reliable. The boron content of each tissue under both NB and LB showed the order of leaf > p etiole > s tem > r oot, and the boron content of the same tissue of different boron efficiency varieties under NB conditions had little difference, however decreased in varying degrees, and the decreasing range was low-efficiency boron varieties > medium-efficiency boron varieties > high-efficiency boron varieties. The correlation analysis showed that the boron efficiency ratio had an extremely significant positive correlation with the tissue boron content under low boron content(P<0.01), an extremely significant negative correlation with the reduction rate of the tissue boron content(P<0.01), and the highest correlation with the reduction rate of the root boron content. [Conclusion]The root boron content reduction rate can be used as a reliable indicator for evaluation of boron efficiency in B. napus. There are few high-efficiency boron varieties in Yunnan.
