摘 要:【目的】研究不同生境对大托叶猪屎豆(Crotalaria spectabilis)功能性状变异及其相互关系的影响,为深入揭示植物各器官功能性状之间的内在关联及协变规律提供基础数据。【方法】选择林下和裸地2种生境,通过野外调查取样,对比分析大托叶猪屎豆形态特征、含水量分配关系、异速生长关系及其在不同生境间的差异。【结果】林下生境大托叶猪屎豆个体形态参数(株高、根长、冠幅直径、基径、花序轴基部直径、花序轴长和小花柄长)均小于裸地生境,但各器官含水量表现出相反趋势。繁殖器官具有最高的含水量(林下82.42%,裸地78.70%),而根含水量最低(林下62.29%,裸地57.59%)。2种生境下大托叶猪屎豆各器官性状间多为异速生长关系,但林下生境各构件形态和含水量之间的总体相关性(即显著相关的性状对数量)高于裸地生境。林下生境植株叶与茎含水量及裸地生境叶与地上部含水量间为等速分配关系(斜率分别为1.110和0.854),但2种生境下植株叶片和根系均比其他器官具有更高的水分分配速率,这与其生理功能相适应。【结论】不同生存环境的大托叶猪屎豆具有明显的功能性状协变特征和资源调整策略。[Purpose]To study the effects of different habitats on the variation and correlation of functional traits of Crotalaria spectabilis, and to provide basic data for revealing the internal correlation and covariation of functional traits of various organs in plants. [Method]The morphological characteristics, water content portioning relationship, allometric relationship and their differences between different habitats of C. spectabilis were compared and analyzed by field investigation and sampling in two habitats, namely understory and bare land. [Results]The individual morphological parameters(plant height, root length, crown diameter, base diameter, inflorescence length, flower stalk diameter, and flower stalk length) of C. spectabilis in understory habitat were less than those in bare land habitat, but the water content of each organ showed the opposite trend. The flowers had the highest water content(82.42% in understory habitat and 78.70% in bare land habitat), while the root water content was the lowest(62.29% in understory habitat and 57.59% in bare land habitat). Most of the organ traits of exhibited allometric relationship in both habitats, but the overall correlation(i.e.,the number of trait pair with significant correlation) between the modular morphological parameters and water contents in understory habitat was higher than that in bare land habitat. The isometric relationships were detected between leaf and stem water contents in understory habitat and between leaf and aboveground water contents in bare land habitat(the slopes were 1.110 and 0.854, respectively),but the water portioning rates of plant leaves and roots in both habitats were higher than those in other organs, which was compatible with their physiological functions. [Conclusion]C. spectabilis have obviously covariant characteristics of functional traits and resource adjustment strategy facing varied environment.
