压铸模具定模芯的修模实践与探讨

摘　　要：介绍了某压铸模具定模芯的烧蚀、裂纹、粘铝等失效情况,并分析了形成原因。修模处理分为标记、焊接、数控铣和电火花加工等工艺过程,所修复模具的质量满足技术要求。同时,探讨了提高压铸模具使用寿命的措施,包括合理分析模具结构、正确选择模具材料、优化热处理工艺、改善使用环境以及规范维修保养等。The failure of a die casting fixed core was described,such as ablation,crack and aluminization,and the causes of the failure was analyzed.Mould repair was divided into marking,welding,digital control milling and electrical discharge machining processes,and the quality of the repaired mould could meet the technical requirements.Meanwhile,the measures to improve the service life of die casting mould were discussed,including reasonable structure design of die casting mould,proper choice of die material,optimization of heat treatment process,proper operating environment and standard maintenance.
