摘  要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在基因表达的调节中起着重要的作用,它参与许多生理和病理过程。研究表明七氟醚暴露可能导致发育期神经毒性和随后的认知功能障碍及远期行为的异常,这可能与多种机制促进神经元凋亡和抑制神经发生有关,其中lncRNA在上述过程中起着至关重要的作用。文章对lncRNA的分类、结构特点、生物学功能等方面进行归纳总结,并简要介绍其在七氟醚诱导的神经毒性中作用的研究进展。lncRNA有可能作为神经系统毒性的生物标志物,进一步探讨七氟醚对神经系统的可能损伤及潜在机制可为临床麻醉药物毒性防治提供新思路。Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an essential role in the regulation of gene expression and is involved in many physiological and pathological processes.Studies have shown that exposure to sevoflurane may lead to developmental neurotoxicity,and subsequent cognitive dysfunction and long-term behavioral abnormalities.This may be related to various mechanisms of action that induce neuronal apoptosis and inhibition of neurogenesis,where lncRNA plays a crucial role.In the current review,the classification,structural characteristics and biological functions of lncRNA were summarized,and the latest research progress of lncRNA in sevoflurane induced neurotoxicity was introduced.These findings suggest the potential role of lncRNA as a biomarker of nervous system toxicity and assist further exploration of the possible damage and potential mechanism of sevoflurane to the nervous system,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinical anesthetic toxicity.
