摘　　要：随着社会的发展和城市化进程的加快,城市交通问题日趋严峻,而交通违规行为对城市交通的影响尤为突出。为解决此问题,设计了采用智能多媒体技术的交通治理平台,有针对性地向交通违规当事人推送相关培训资料,矫正其不良交通行为,提升城市交通治理水平。经杭州市萧山区试用,平台有效缓解了交通违章问题,促进了城市交通治理向在线化、精准化、智能化的转变,提供了解决交通治理难题的智慧模板。With the development of society and the acceleration of urbanization,urban traffic problems have become increasingly serious,and the impact of traffic violations on urban traffic is particularly prominent.In order to solve this problem,a traffic governance platform using intelligent multimedia technology is designed.It can push relevant training materials to persons concerned in a targeted manner,correct their bad traffic behaviors,and improve the level of urban traffic governance.After a trial in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou,the platform effectively alleviates the problem of traffic violations.The platform promotes the transformation of urban traffic governance to online,precise,and intelligent,and provides a smart template for solving traffic governance problems.
