摘　　要：综述造血干细胞移植病人在层流室内不同的治疗阶段出现的孤独、焦虑、痛苦、怀疑等心理问题及采取的护理措施,这些不良情绪会给病人心理带来负面影响,会影响病人移植效果及移植后的生活质量。医护人员应采取针对性心理干预措施,积极帮助病人应对存在的心理问题,提高病人的身心健康,保证移植成功。This article reviews the psychological problems of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,such as loneliness,anxiety,pain,doubt,and the nursing measures taken in different treatment stages in laminar flow chamber.It is believed that these negative emotions will have a negative impact on the patient′s psychology and affect the patient′s transplant effect and quality of life after transplantation.Medical staff should take the targeted psychological intervention measures to actively help patients cope with their existing psychological problems,improve their physical and mental health,and ensure successful transplantation.
