摘　　要：营养不良是终末端肾病腹膜透析病人发生严重并发症和主要死亡原因之一。综述导致终末端肾病腹膜透析病人营养不良的因素、营养状况评估方法以及营养不良的护理研究进展。Malnutrition is one of the major causes of serious complications and death in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)undergoing peritoneal dialysis.This article comprehensively reviews the research progress on the factors that lead to malnutrition,the evaluation methods of nutritional status,and the nursing of malnutrition in patients with ESRD undergoing peritoneal dialysis.
