创新需求驱动下图书馆联盟建设现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：创新需求驱动下,研究建立什么样的图书馆联盟,实现图书馆的资源、技术、服务等共建共享,促进图书馆服务区域文化、科技、经济等发展,具有现实意义。选取10家典型图书馆联盟作为研究对象,采用文献调研法和网络调查法对10家典型图书馆联盟建设情况进行调查,研究结果表明,我国图书馆联盟建设存在一些问题,并就这些问题提出解决对策。技术为主导、服务为主导的图书馆联盟是未来发展趋势,应构建由政府部门参与的具有完整体系的图书馆联盟,争取到能够保障图书馆联盟长期运营的经费,建立图书馆联盟成员单位馆员的能力提升培训机制,实现图书馆联盟的长期健康发展。Driven by the demand for innovation,it is of practical significance to study what kind of library consortium to establish,to realize the co-construction and sharing of library resources,technology,and services,and to promote the development of culture,technology,and economy in the library service area. The paper selects 10 typical library consortia as research objects,and investigates the construction of the 10 consortia by means of literature research and network survey. The research results show that there are some problems in the construction of library consortia in my country,and propose solutions to these problems. The technology-led and service-led library consortium is the future development trend. A library consortium with a complete system should be built with the participation of government departments,so as to obtain funds that can guarantee the long-term operation of the library consortium,and establish a training mechanism for improving the ability of the librarians of its member libraries,and achieve the long-term healthy development of the library consortium.
