摘　　要：目的探究量表化管理方案在缺血性脑卒中患者介入治疗围术期中的应用价值。方法采用区组随机法将2018年7月—2020年2月缺血性脑卒中患者116例均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予量表化管理干预。比较两组干预前后Rankin量表、生活质量量表、疼痛数字评分法、焦虑自评量表、简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表、舒适状况量表评分及术后相关指标。结果观察组治疗后Rankin量表、焦虑自评量表、疼痛数字评分法评分低于对照组,简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表、生活质量量表及舒适状况量表评分高于对照组,血管再通时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中介入治疗患者给予量表化管理干预,可减轻神经缺损程度,改善生活质量及运动功能。Objective To explore the application value of scale management programs in intervention therapy of perioperative ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 116 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into control group and observation group by block randomization method between July 2018 and February 2020,58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,while observation group was given scale management programs for intervention.The scores off modified Rankin Scale(mRs),Stroke Specialized Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL),numerical rating scale(NRS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)before and after intervention,and postoperative related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,mRs,SAS and NRS score in observation group were lower than those in control group,FMA,SS QOL and GCO scores were higher than those in control group,vascular recanalization time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of scale management programs in patients undergoing intervention treatment for ischemic stroke can alleviate nerve defect,improve quality of life and motor function.
