寿胎贴联合安胎药膳治疗早期先兆流产的疗效及对预后结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨寿胎贴联合安胎药膳治疗早期先兆流产对患者预后结局及血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法抽取本院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的50例肾虚型早期先兆流产患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各25例;观察组采用寿胎贴联合安胎药膳治疗,对照组采用寿胎丸加减治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清炎症因子、性激素、中医证候积分变化以及预后结局。结果治疗后,两组IL-2和INF-γ水平均低于治疗前,IL-4水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组性激素(β-HCG、E_(2)、P)水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组保胎成功率为88.00%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);不良妊娠结局的发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论寿胎贴联合安胎药膳治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产可以减轻患者炎症反应,提高性激素水平,改善临床症状,提高保胎率,减少不良妊娠结局,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of shoutai paste combined with fetal soothing medicated diet on prognosis and serum inflammatory factors in patients with threatened abortion.Methods Fifty patients with early threatened abortion with renal deficiency in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Shoutai Paste combined with antifetal medicated diet,while the control group was treated with Shoutai pill.The changes of serum inflammatory factors,sex hormones,TCM syndrome scores and prognosis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and INF-γin both groups were lower than before treatment,and the level of IL-4 was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sex hormones(β-hCG,E_(2),P)in two groups were higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(allP<0.05).The success rate of fetal preservation in observation group was 88.00%,which was higher than that in control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 4.00%,lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shou-tai-tie combined with fetus-soothing medicated diet in the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency can reduce inflammatory response,improve the level of sex hormones,improve clinical symptoms,increase the rate of fetal preservation,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has clinical application value.
