摘　　要：目的研究“互联网+糖尿病管理”平台对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月于本院出院的100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,利用随机数余数分组法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),对照组采取常规随访,观察组采用“互联网+糖尿病管理”平台进行管理,观察并对比6个月后两组血糖控制效果。结果管理前两组糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、糖尿病知识-态度-行为评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后两组患者的血糖、血脂、糖尿病知识-态度-行为评分均较管理前升高,但观察组的血糖、血脂变化幅度低于对照组,糖尿病知识-态度-行为各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);管理后观察组并发症发生率为6.00%,与对照组的16.00%相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+糖尿病管理”平台的应用有助于进一步提高糖尿病患者血糖控制效果以及糖尿病知信行水平,纠正血脂紊乱,降低并发症发生率,值得加以广泛推广使用。Objective To study the effect of the“Internet+Diabetes Management”platform on the blood glucose control effect of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes who were discharged from our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The random number remainder grouping method was used to divide the control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The group was followed up routinely,and the observation group was managed using the“Internet+Diabetes Management”platform.After 6 months,the blood glucose control effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose,blood lipids,diabetes knowledge-attitude-behavior scores between the two groups of diabetic patients before management(P>0.05).After the management,the blood glucose,blood lipids,and diabetes knowledge-attitude-behavior scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the management,but the blood glucose and blood lipids of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the diabetes knowledge-attitude-behavior dimensions were all higher than those observation of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group after management was 6.00%,compared with 16.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“Internet+Diabetes Management”platform was helpful to further improve the blood glucose control effect of diabetes patients and the level of knowledge and practice of diabetes,to correct blood lipid disorders and reduce the incidence of complications,which was worthy of being widely promoted and used.
