摘　　要：本文总结了7例门冬酰胺酶相关胰腺炎患儿的护理经验,护理要点包括:疼痛管理、病情监测、饮食及营养管理、生长抑素的使用、保护性隔离和心理护理,提示护理人员需重视疼痛及饮食管理,注意并发症的观察,预防患儿继发感染。所有患儿均顺利出院。This paper summarized the nursing experience of 7 cases of children with asparaginase associated pancreatitis.The nursing points included:pain management,condition monitoring,diet and nutrition management,somatostatin use,protective isolation and psychological nursing.These suggested that nursing staff should pay attention to pain and diet management,pay attention to the observation of complications and prevent secondary infection in children.All patients were discharged successfully.
