摘  要:为了研究不同磨削参数下单颗粒磨削对BK7光学玻璃材料去除机理的影响规律,采用SPH(光滑粒子流体动力学)方法,将金刚石磨粒理想化为圆锥形,通过改变不同磨削参数对材料去除过程和磨削力进行了分析。结果表明:1)磨削过程中BK7光学玻璃主要是通过脆性方式去除的;2)随着磨削深度的增大,磨削力不断增大;3)随着磨削速度的增大,磨削力先增大后减小,当磨削速度达到超高速时,磨削速度的变化对磨削力影响甚微。In order to study the effect of single particle grinding on the removal mechanism of BK7 optical glass materials under different grinding parameters,the SPH (smoothed particle hydrodynamics) method was used to idealize the diamond abrasive particles into a conical shape.The material removal process and grinding force were analyzed.The results show that the BK7 optical glass is mainly removed by brittleness during the grinding process.At the same time,with the increase of grinding depth,the grinding force increases continuously.With the increase of grinding speed,the grinding force first increases and then decreases.When the grinding speed reaches super high speed,the change of grinding speed has little effect on grinding force.
