摘　　要：目的了解临床护士关于中线导管(MCs)维护的知识、态度、行为现状,为有针对性地进行MCs的维护、管理培训提供参考。方法2020年9—11月,采用便利抽样的方法对深圳市3所开展MCs的医院274名护士进行调查。分析临床护士MCs维护知信行现状及影响因素,探讨维护知识、态度、行为3个维度之间的关系。结果274名临床护士MCs维护知信行问卷总均分为(3.87±0.46)分,其中维护知识维度均分为(2.63±0.41)分;维护态度维度均分为(4.40±0.76)分;维护行为维度均分为(4.50±0.64)分。不同年龄、层级、职称、工作年限、是否为专科护士、参与静疗相关培训次数的临床护士MCs维护知识得分比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,培训次数是临床护士MCs知识水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。临床护士MCs维护知识、态度和行为两两呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床护士MCs维护知信行水平较高。管理者应重视临床护士对新技术的理论和实操培训,适当缩短培训间歇期,以提高MCs的护理质量,扩大新技术的临床应用。Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude,and practice of clinical nurses in the maintenance of midline catheters,and to provide a reference for targeted training on the maintenance and the management of midline catheters.Methods A convenient sampling method was adopted to select 274 clinical nurses in three hospital carrying out MCs in Shenzhen from September to November 2020.The current status and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice for maintenance of midline catheters in clinical nurses were analyzed,and relationships among the three dimensions were explored.Results The overall average score of knowledge,attitude and practice of clinical nurses in the maintenance of midline catheters was(3.87±0.46),of which the average score of MCs knowledge level of clinical nurses dimension was(2.63±0.41),the average score of attitude dimension was(4.40±0.76),and the average score of practice dimension was(4.50±0.64).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the overall scores of knowledge,attitude,and practice of clinical nurses in the maintenance of midline catheters with different ages,levels,titles,years of work,whether they were specialist nurses or not,and the number of times they participated in sedation-related training.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of training sessions was an influential factor of knowledge(P<0.05).Clinical nurses’midline catheters maintenance knowledge,attitude and practice were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses have a good level of knowledge,attitude and practice in the maintenance of midline catheters.Managers should pay attention to the theoretical and practical training of clinical nurses on new technologies and appropriately shorten the training interval so as to improve the quality of clinical care and expand the clinical application of new technologies.
