两种引流方法在颌下腺导管结石术后的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨橡皮引流条和密闭式负压引流球在颌下腺腺体及导管结石摘除术后的引流效果。方法将2016年3月—2021年1月在本科行颌下腺腺体及导管结石摘除术58例患者,随机分为橡皮条引流组及密闭式负压引流组,其中橡皮条引流组29例,密闭式负压引流组29例,比较两组术后引流有效率及并发症发生率情况。结果密闭式负压引流组患者引流有效率高,且发生术后并发症率明显少于橡皮条引流组,伤口愈合良好。结论使用密闭式负压引流能很好地引流出液体,减少死腔形成,减少感染率,加速伤口愈合,是降低手术后并发症的主要措施。Objective To investigate the drainage effect of rubber drainage strip and closed negative pressure drainage ball after excision of submandibular gland and duct calculi.Methods Fifty-eight patients who underwent resection of submandibular gland and duct calculi in our department from March 2016 to January 2021 were randomly divided into rubber strip drainage group and closed negative pressure drainage group,of which 29 cases were in the rubber strip drainage group and 29 cases were in the closed negative pressure drainage group.The efficiency of postoperative drainage and the delivery rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the closed negative pressure drainage group had higher drainage efficiency,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the rubber strip drainage group,and the wound healing was good.Conclusion The use of closed negative pressure drainage can well drain out the fluid,reduce the formation of dead cavity,reduce infection rate,accelerate wound healing,is the main measure to reduce postoperative complications.
