摘　　要：目的调查分析某三甲医院外来医疗器械管理现状,探讨外来医疗器械手术前日15:00前送达率的影响因素并有针对性地制订措施以提高送达率。方法通过自制针对外来医疗器械公司及使用外来医疗器械的临床科室就外来医疗器械使用现状的调查问卷,收集整理资料及数据,进行描述性统计分析。结果2020年4月—7月接收外来医疗器械822个包,在术前一日15:00送达287个包,其送达率为34.9%。通过改进措施后,经过4个月的观察统计,2020年8月—11月接受外来医疗器械853个包,在术前日15点前送达430个包,其送达率为50.4%。结论外来医疗器械公司及使用外来医疗器械的临床科室均存在各自不同的客观因素,导致外来医疗器械不能按照相关操作指南规定时间送达。外来医疗器械的规范管理需要医院职能部门、使用的临床科室、外来医疗器械公司、消毒供应中心、信息中心、设备处等多方配合,制定并完善相关制度,明确各方职责才能得以实现。Objective To investigate and analyze the management status of loaner instruments in a Third-Level Grade A Hospital,to discuss the influencing factors of the delivery rate of loaner instruments before 15:00 on the day before operation,and to formulate specific measures to improve the delivery rate.Methods Through the self-made questionnaire on the current situation of loaner companies and the departments which use the loaner instruments,collecting and collateing information data for descriptive statistical analysis.Results From April to July 2020,822 packages of loaner instruments were received,287 packages were delivered before 15:00 the day before operation,with the on time delivery rate of 34.9%.After the improvement measures were adopted,853 packages of loaner instruments were received from August to November 2020 after 4 months of observation and statistics.430 packages were delivered before 15:00 on the day before surgery,with the on time delivery rate of 50.4%.Conclusion Loaner companies and clinical departments that use loaner instruments have their own different objective factors,which lead to the failure of the loaner instruments delivery in accordance with the time specified in relevant guidelines.The standardized management of loaner instruments requires the cooperation of hospital functional departments,clinical departments,loaner companies,central sterile supply department,information center,equipment division,etc,formulation and improvement of relevant systems,clarify the responsibilities of all parties to achieve it.
