摘　　要：骨性关节炎属中医"痹证""骨痹"范畴。基于辨证观、整体观指导下的中医学治疗骨性关节炎具有显著优势,分期诊疗模式就是中医学特色之一。该文基于痹证中虚邪"皮-肌-脉-筋-骨-脏腑"的传变规律,遵循"皮腠-筋脉-骨髓-脏腑"的疾病发展过程,对不同发病时期骨性关节炎诊疗模式进行总结。通过探析中医学骨性关节炎分期诊断和阶梯治疗的临床模式,可为进一步丰富中医的病机学说与提高临床辨治骨性关节炎的疗效奠定基础。Osteoarthritis belongs to the category of“arthralgia syndrome”and“bone arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine. Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and holistic view,traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of osteoarthritis,and the mode of diagnosis and treatment by stages is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the law of transmission of deficiency pathogen in arthralgia syndrome from“skin-musclepulse-tendon-bone-viscera”and following the disease development process of“skin-muscle-pulsebone marrow-viscera”,this paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment mode of osteoarthritis in different onset periods. Through the analysis of the clinical model of staged diagnosis and ladder treatment of osteoarthritis in traditional Chinese medicine,it can lay a foundation for further enriching the pathogenesis theory of traditional Chinese medicine and improving the curative effect of clinical differentiation and treatment of osteoarthritis.
