摘　　要：糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)是一种病因病机不明的糖尿病慢性并发症,近年来患病率持续升高,临床多表现为早饱、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等消化道症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着糖尿病患者数量的不断增加,糖尿病胃轻瘫的患病率也在逐年上升,人们对该病也越来越重视。中西医对糖尿病胃轻瘫的诊治各具特色,该文分别从中医和西医两个方面对糖尿病胃轻瘫的发病机制、诊断方法和治疗方法进行综述,以供临床参考。Dabetic gastroparesis(DGP)is a chronic complication of diabetes with unknown etiology and pathogenesis. In recent years,the prevalence rate of DGP continues to rise. The clinical manifestations are early satiety,abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite and other gastrointestinal symptoms,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. With the increasing number of diabetic patients,the prevalence of diabetic gastroparesis is also increasing year by year,people pay more and more attention to the disease. The diagnosis and treatment of diabetic gastroparesis in traditional Chinese and Western medicine have their own characteristics and shortcomings. This paper reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of diabetic gastroparesis from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for clinical reference.
