摘　　要：针对630 MW机组电除尘器灰斗出现高料位的原因进行全面分析,结合调查现场实际运行情况,并采取了相应的措施,取得了较好的效果,提高了输灰系统运行的可靠性,避免了灰斗塌陷事故。This paper comprehensively analyzes the reasons for the high material level of the ash hopper of the electrostatic precipitator of 630 MW unit,combined with the investigation of the actual operation situation on the site,and takes corresponding measures,which has achieved good results,improved the operation reliability of the ash conveying system and avoided the collapse accident of the ash hopper.
