摘　　要：介绍了水性聚氨酯涂饰剂的一种新的改进工艺。通过在水性聚氨酯中引入球壁为SiO;的鍗化镉纳米微球解决目前水性聚氨酯涂饰剂的耐热性与透明性问题,所制得的水性聚氨酯涂饰剂成膜高透明且耐热、耐磨、耐折弯,且具有良好的手感与光学性能。A new improved process of waterborne polyurethane finishing agent is introduced in this paper.The problem of heat resistance and transparency of the current waterborne polyurethane finishing agent is solved by introducing cadmium gilded nano-microspheres with SiO;as the ball wall into the waterborne polyurethane.The waterborne polyurethane finishing agent prepared with the new improved process has high transparency,heat resistance,abrasion resistance and bending resistance,and has good hand feeling and optical properties.
