摘　　要：分析了仪控专业当前材料计划管理上存在的问题,给出了优化管控措施及计划申报统一规范要求。通过系统平台的开发应用,实现一种较新的管理模式和管理理念,大大提升了检修材料计划的及时性、准确性及检修资金使用的合理性,缺陷消除时间得以大幅缩短。The problems existing in the current material planning management of the instrument and control major was analyzed, and the optimized management and control measures and the unified specification requirements for planning declaration were provided.Through the development and application of the system platform, a new management mode and management concept are realized, which greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of the maintenance material plan and the rationality of the use of maintenance funds, so as to greatly shorten the defect elimination time.
