摘　　要：标准化工作已成为重要的国家级战略。标准在医疗卫生领域发挥着规范指引的作用,医疗卫生标准保障着医疗安全,推动着医疗技术高质量发展。国家卫生健康委医疗管理服务指导中心标准管理处作为标准协调管理部门,在医疗卫生标准的协调管理、制订修订、贯彻宣贯、追踪评价等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文运用SWOT分析法对国家卫生健康委医管中心标准管理处从优势(strengths,S)、劣势(weaknesses,W)、机遇(opportunities,O)、威胁(threats,T)四个方面进行系统分析讨论,扬长补短从而形成标准管理处趋利避害的发展策略,为推动我国卫生健康标准化工作更好的发展提供参考依据。Standaizatiordn has now become an important national strategy of China.Standards play a normative and guiding role in the healthcare field.Healthcare standards ensure medical safety and promote the high-quality development of medical technology.As a standards coordinated management department,the Standard Management Department,National Center for Medical Service Administration,National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China,plays an important role in the coordinated management,formulation and revision,implementation&publicizing and followup evaluation of healthcare standards.Using the SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats)situation analysis method,this paper systematically analyzes and discusses the strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),and threats(T)of Standard Management Department,National Center for Medical Service Administration,National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China to form the development strategy of the Standards Management Department for drawing on advantages and avoiding disadvantages.
