摘　　要：目的外派医疗队伍承担着突发公共卫生事件下高发区救治患者的重要使命,对外派医疗队伍应急物资供应保障机制提出了更高要求,本文旨在为应对突发公共卫生事件时外派医疗队伍物资供应保障工作提出对策建议。方法针对外派医疗队应急物资需求量大及储备不足、采购和运输难度较大、应急物资管理信息化程度低等现状,基于医院内部与外派医疗队伍应急物资平衡调配的目标,合理构建医院外派医疗队应急物资保障体系。结果从外派医疗队伍的应急物资需求清单、应急物资储备策略、应急物资采购策略、应急物流配送策略以及应急物资管理的信息化建设等方面进行探索与思考,构建完善可控的医院外派医疗队伍应急物资保障体系。结论基于本院与外派医疗队伍应急物资平衡调配目标的应急物资保障体系的合理构建和运作,为完善我国应急管理机制、提高突发公共卫生事件应急水平提供有益参考和借鉴。Objective The dispatched medical team bears the important mission of treating patients in the high-risk area under the public health emergency,and puts forward higher requirements for the emergency supplies guarantee mechanism of the dispatched medical team.Methods In view of the high demand for emergency supplies of the expatriate medical team and insufficient reserves,the difficulty of procurement and transportation,and the low degree of information management of emergency supplies,a reasonable construction is based on the goal of balancing emergency supplies within the hospital and the expatriate medical team Emergency material supply system for dispatched medical teams from hospitals.Results Exploring and thinking about the emergency material requirements list of the dispatched medical team,emergency material reserve strategy,emergency material procurement strategy,emergency logistics distribution strategy,emergency material management information construction,etc.,to build a complete and controllable hospital Dispatch medical teams to ensure emergency supplies.Conclusion The rational construction and operation of the emergency materials support system based on the balanced deployment target of emergency materials between the hospital and the sent medical team provide useful reference and reference for perfecting the emergency management mechanism and improving the emergency level of public health emergencies in China.
