摘　　要：目的探究应用精细化流程管理对手术室医院感染控制水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年7月在本院行手术治疗的128例患者作为本研究样本对象。基于时间分组规则,均分为对照组和观察组,对照组为2018年6月—2019年6月的64例患者实施常规手术室管理措施;观察组为2019年7月—2020年7月的64例患者在对照组基础上实施精细化流程管理。分析比对两组对象手术室感染预防管理指标、术后感染率、手术室样品合格率情况以及患者护理质量满意度情况。结果观察组空气培养、物体表面以及手部相关采样合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术室消毒合格率、空气质量合格率、污染物合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对象术后感染发生率(3.19%)显著低于对照组(11.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量满意度(98.44%)显著高于对照组(82.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室管理中应用精细化流程管理措施的效果显著,能有效改善手术室感染情况,降低术后感染率,减少手术室样品抽检不合格率,有利于提高手术室感染控制水平和护理质量,值得进一步应用和推广。Objective To explore the impact of the application of refined process management on the level of nosocomial infection control in the operating room.Methods The period from June 2018 to July 2020 was planned as the total study time,and 128 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the sample objects of this study in this time zone.Based on the time grouping rules,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group included 64 patients who received routine operating room management measures from June 2018 to June 2019.In the observation group,64 patients from July 2019 to July 2020 were treated with refined process management based on the control group.Analyzed and compared the two groups of subjects in the operating room infection prevention management indicators,postoperative infection rate,operating room sample qualification rate,and patient satisfaction with the quality of care.Results The sampling qualification rate of air culture,object surface and hand-related in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the qualified rate of disinfection in the operating room,qualified rate of air quality,and qualified rate of pollutants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group(3.19%)was significantly lower than 11.70%of the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of observation group with regard to the quality of care(98.44%)was significantly higher than 82.81%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined process management measures in the operating room management has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the infection situation in the operating room,reduce the postoperative infection rate,reduce the unqualified rate of sample sampling in the operating room,and help to improve the infection control level and the quality of nursing in the operating room.It is worthy
