急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者早期康复护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理对急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的护理效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月在我院进行治疗的急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组患者40例,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上增加早期康复护理,对比两组患者吞咽障碍评分、吞咽障碍改善有效率及护理效果满意度。结果试验组患者吞咽障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),吞咽障碍改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后患者的生活质量评分与对照组相比相对较高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可以促进急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽障碍恢复,提高吞咽障碍改善有效率,提高护理满意度,提高患者的生活质量,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with dysphagia after acute stroke.Methods The patients with acute stroke dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the test group was in Early rehabilitation care was added to the control group,and the scores of dysphagia,the improvement efficiency of dysphagia and the satisfaction of nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The score of dysphagia in the test group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effective rate of improving dysphagia was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing effect satisfaction was higher than the control Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the quality of life scores of patients in the test group after nursing were relatively higher than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of dysphagia in patients with dysphagia due to acute stroke,improve the efficiency of improvement of dysphagia,increase nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has clinical promotion value.
