摘　　要：目的分析真皮眼轮匝肌瓣内固定法重睑成形术的临床价值。方法选取80例重睑成形术患者,入院时间为2019年3月—2020年3月。应用简单随机法分为对照组、观察组(n=40)。对照组患者接受传统皮肤-上睑提肌腱膜固定技术治疗,观察组为患者开展真皮眼轮匝肌瓣内固定法重睑成形术治疗,比较两组患者情况。结果观察组患者的双侧脸裂高度、睫毛暴露长度及睫毛上翘度、优良率、手术时间、术后康复时间、满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真皮眼轮匝肌瓣内固定法重睑成形术可以模拟生理重睑的原理,有利于良好、持久和光滑平整重睑外观的形成。Objective To analyze the clinical value of double eyelid blepharoplasty with dermal orbicularis oculi muscle flap internal fixation.Methods A total of 80 patients with blepharoplasty were selected,and all were admitted from March 2019 to March 2020.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).Patients in the control group received traditional dermal-aponeurosis fixation,while patients in the observation group received double blepharoplasty with dermal orbicularis oculi muscle flap fixation,and the situation of patients in the two groups was compared.Results The height of bilateral face fissure,eyelash exposure length,curling degree of eyelashes,excellent and good rate,operation time,postoperative recovery time and satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Double eyelid blepharoplasty with internal fixation of dermal orbicularis oculi muscle flap can simulate the physiological principle of double eyelids and is beneficial to the formation of good,lasting and smooth appearance of double eyelids.
