摘  要:从福建省福鼎市田间患软腐病的槟榔芋球茎分离到菌株141108,经Koch′s法则验证及形态观察和分子测序对其进行鉴定,并测定了其药物敏感性和生物学特性.结果发现:菌株141108为福鼎槟榔芋软腐病的病原菌,其与胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum)相似度达99%;菌落为圆形、光滑湿润、乳白色、有臭味,革兰氏阴性杆状,有鞭毛,兼性好氧.该菌对四环素、氯霉素等10种抗生素高度敏感.在pH为5.0~10.0时均能生长,最适pH为7.0;在温度为4~45℃时均能生长,最适温度为28℃.Strain 141108 was isolated from areca taro diagnosed with soft rot in Fuding City, Fujian Province. It was identified based on Koch′s postulate, morphological analysis and molecular sequencing, and its drug sensitivity and biological characteristics were determined. Strain 141108 was found to be soft rot pathogen from Fuding areca taro, which share 99% similarity with Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum. The colonies were round, smooth, moist, milky white, odorous, gram negative rod-shaped and flagellated. The strain was facultative aerobic and highly sensitive to 10 antibiotics such as tetracycline and chloramphenicol, etc. It developed at pH 5.0-10.0, with the optimum pH being 7.0;it grew at 4-45 ℃, with the optimum temperature being 28 ℃.
