摘 要:压水堆核电厂化学控制效能指标将一二回路关键水化学参数组合成单一的控制指标,实现了电厂化学控制有效性的直观反映和超标项的准确反映,为化学控制改进提供建议。目前,国内外陆续提出了CPI指标、CEI指标、IPC指标和中国压水堆核电厂化学控制效能指标。其中,CPI指标仅从一个维度,控制二回路杂质离子浓度、溶氧等关键的化学参数,未关注一回路水化学参数和杂质超标累积时间,存在季度隐藏和对标天花板等局限性。CEI指标和IPC指标,将控制范围扩展到一回路杂质离子浓度和源项等关键领域,从五个维度控制全厂化学指标;另外,CEI指标和IPC指标关注杂质离子的长时间累计效应,弥补了CPI指标的"季度隐藏效应",突破了CPI指标的"对标天花板",提高了对标结果的区分度。国内在充分借鉴CPI、CEI、IPC指标优点的基础上,结合我国核电机组特点提出了具有中国特色的化学控制效能指标。中国压水堆核电厂化学控制效能指标针对国内M310、CPR1000机组设计计算方法、参数类型及限值,从六个维度控制机组的水化学工况,关注在用水箱杂质,为国内压水堆核电厂的一、二回路系统化学控制提供依据与指导,为国产核电机组走出去提供技术支撑。Chemistry effectiveness indicator combines the key hydrochemical parameters of primary and secondary circuits into a single control index,which realizes the intuitive reflection of chemical control effectiveness and the accurate reflection of over-standard items in power plants,and provides suggestions for chemical control improvement.CPI,CEI,IPC,Chinese index have been used gradually.CPI index controls the key chemical parameters such as impurity ion concentration and dissolved oxygen in the secondary circuit from a single dimension.It realizes the intuitive reflection of the effectiveness of chemical control in power plant operation.However,CPI indicators also have some limitations,such as not paying attention to the primary loop control,not paying attention to the cumulative time,hiding the quarter,and benchmarking the ceiling.On the basis of CPI index,CEI index and IPC index were put forward abroad,which extended the control range to key areas such as impurity ion concentration and source term in the primary circuit,and realized chemical control in the whole plant from five dimensions.Paying attention to the accumulation time of impurity exceeding the standard can effectively reflect the long-term accumulation effect of impurity ions.Monthly benchmarking has made up for the"quarterly hidden effect"of CPI indicators.The benchmarking results break through the"benchmarking ceiling"of CPI and impro ves the discrimination of benchmarking results.On the basis of fully drawing on the advantages of CPI,CEI and IPC indicators,and combining with the characteristics of nuclear power units in China,Chinese indicators with Chinese characteristics are put forward.According to the design calculation method,parameter types and limits of domestic M310 and CPR1000 units,chinese index can better reflect the hydrochemical control conditions of domestic units from six dimensions.It focus on chemistry of using tank,and it can provide basis and guidance for chemical control of primary and secondary loop systems of domestic PWR nucl
