摘 要:核电厂1E级阀门电动装置是安全级阀门的控制设备,对保证核电厂安全运行至关重要。电动装置的驱动控制回路和工作模式对阀门的运行可靠性有较大影响。本文分析了在扭矩关阀工作模式下引起的阀门锤击现象,提出了优化驱动控制回路和增加自锁离合器两种解决方案。进行了自锁离合器模拟试验,研究了转速、延时时间、扭矩开关设定值和阀门刚度对阀门最大停止扭矩的影响。结果表明:阀门电动装置开关工作模式应采取有效措施避免阀门锤击现象,并考虑上述因素对阀门最大停止扭矩的影响。The 1 E valve electric device is the control equipment of safety valve in nuclear power plant,and play an important roles in ensuring the safe operation of nuclear power plant.The drive control circuit and switching mode of the electric device have a great influence on the operation reliability of the valve.This paper analyzes the valve hammering phenomenon caused by the torque closing valve operation mode,proposes two solutions to optimize the drive control loop and increase the self-locking clutch,a self-locking clutch simulation test was carried out to study the influence of speed,delay time,torque switch setting value and valve stiffness on the valve’s maximum stopping torque.The results show that effective measures should be taken to avoid valve hammering when determining the switching mode of the valve electric device,and the influence of the above factors on the maximum stopping torque of the valve should be considered.
