摘 要:受灾害天气、设备故障等因素影响,高速铁路列车在运行过程中可能发生晚点,造成诸多负面影响,扰乱车站到发线运用计划便是其中之一。为解决此问题,以所有列车的连带晚点时间之和最少、所有列车实际占用到发线偏离原计划程度最小为目标,构建晚点下高速铁路车站到发线运用计划调整模型,采用线性加权的方式对2个调整目标进行整合,并综合考虑列车等级、作业类型以及初始晚点时间3类属性,提出晚点下列车权重设置方法。根据模型特点,设计遗传算法用于求解晚点下高速铁路车站到发线运用计划调整模型。通过案例分析,验证模型及算法具有可行性,可用于指导高速铁路车站在晚点情况下的到发线运用计划调整,有助于减少晚点下的车站作业成本,提升旅客服务质量。Affected by disaster weather,equipment failure and other factors,high speed railway trains may be delayed during their operation.This results in many negative impacts,such as the disruption of the operation plan of arrival and departure tracks at the related station.To solve this problem,this paper constructed an operation plan adjustment model for arrival and departure tracks at a high speed railway station in the condition of train delay.This model was based on the objectives of the minimum sum of the delay time of all trains and the minimum deviation of the actual occupied arrival and departure tracks of all trains from the original plan.The linear weighting method was adopted to integrate the two adjustment objectives.Further,the paper proposed the method for setting train weights in the condition of delay with the comprehensive consideration of train class,operation type and initial delay time.According to the characteristics of the model,a genetic algorithm was designed to solve the abovementioned operation plan adjustment model.The model and the algorithm are proved feasible through case analysis and are thus able to guide high speed railway stations to adjust the operation plan of arrival and departure tracks when train delay occurs.They facilitate the reduction of the station operation cost under delay and the improvement of passenger service quality.
