摘　　要：随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的全面推广,1+X证书制度试点工作开始在全国高职院校中逐步启动,希望通过将职业教育与证书培训相结合,培养出更具实践能力、符合岗位需求的高素质、高技术人才。新能源汽车作为当前科技与产业迅速发展的重要方向,其对于人才的需求量与需求标准也在不断上升,因此新能源汽车技术专业必须围绕1+X证书制度,利用课程体系优化、教学模式整改、实训基地建设、双师队伍打造以及考核平台重建等手段,实现对教学的全面改革与升级。With the comprehensive promotion of the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”, the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system began to be gradually launched in higher vocational colleges across the country. It is hoped that through the combination of vocational education and certificate training, more practical training ability, high-quality, high-tech talents that meet the needs of the job. As an important direction for the rapid development of current technology and industry, new energy vehicles demand and demand standards for talents are also rising. Therefore, new energy vehicle technology majors must focus on the 1+X certificate system, use curriculum system optimization and teaching mode rectification, the construction of the training base, the construction of the dual-teacher team and the reconstruction of the assessment platform, etc., to achieve a comprehensive reform and upgrade of teaching.
