摘　　要：当前,我国正处在中华民族伟大复兴的关键时期,国家大力提倡创新创业教育,对创新创业型人才的需求越来越强烈。加强大学生创新创业教育也是推进高等教育综合改革、提高高校人才培养质量、落实高校立德树人根本任务的重要举措。本文以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,对产教融合背景下“德高技强”的创新创业型渔业技术技能人才的培养进行探究,以培养具有创新精神、先进养殖技术和高度社会责任感的高素质渔业技术技能人才,服务支撑现代渔业产业发展,助力乡村振兴。At present,China is in a critical period of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The country vigorously promotes innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents is becoming stronger.Strengthening the education of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students is also an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education,improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality in colleges and universities.Taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example,this paper explores the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial fishery technology talents under the background of the integration of production and education in the hope of cultivating high-quality fishery technical and technical talents with innovative spirit,advanced aquaculture technology and a high sense of social responsibility,providing services and support for the development of modern fishery industry and contributing to rural revitalization.
