民间体育社团发展“内卷化”现象与省思

摘　　要：以“内卷化”现象为视角,研究我国民间体育社团在改革中出现的困境以及解决之道。民间体育社团“内卷化”具体表现为政策失灵现象频发,社团市场化活力不足,公共服务效率低下。提出政府与民间体育社团明确职责划分;积极进入市场,激发市场活力;充分利用现有资源,提供公共服务。做到改革与发展去“内卷化”,才能实现我国民间体育社团高速、高质量的发展。Through the use of literature, logical analysis and other research methods, from the perspective of "involution"in the development of folk sports organizations, we study the difficulties and solutions of folk sports organizations in the reform. The study found that although my country’s civil sports organizations are actively carrying out reforms, the reform effects are not significant. The reason is that the government has undergone various degrees of "involution" in terms of resource utilization during the stage of policy formulation and implementation, and in the stage of participation in market activities. "phenomenon. Only by thoroughly and comprehensively reforming these areas can we achieve "involution" and achieve high-speed, high-quality development. Recommendations: The government and nongovernmental sports associations have a clear division of responsibilities;actively enter the market to stimulate market vitality;make full use of existing resources to provide public services.
