摘　　要：赛前准备活动是速度滑冰比赛中运动员发挥最佳竞技状态的重要组成部分。采用文献资料法、观察法和比较研究法,以荷兰、日本和中国速度滑冰运动员为研究对象,横向比较分析三个国家速度滑冰赛前准备活动组成上存在的差异。通过借鉴吸收国外高水平速滑选手赛前准备活动中科学的部分,为我国速度滑冰运动员赛前准备活动的制定提供指导,构建科学化、个性化的赛前准备活动方案,推动速度滑冰训练科学化进程,为提高我国速度滑冰运动的整体水平奠定基础。Pre competition preparation is an important part of athletes’ best competitive state in speed skating competition. Using the methods of literature, observation and comparative research, taking the pre competition preparation activities of speed skaters in the Netherlands, Japan and China as the research object, this paper makes a horizontal comparative analysis of the differences in the composition of pre competition preparation activities of speed skaters in the three countries. By learning from and absorbing the scientific part of the pre competition preparation activities of foreign high-level speed skaters, this paper provides guidance for the formulation of pre competition preparation activities of Chinese speed skaters, constructs a scientific and personalized pre competition preparation activity plan, promotes the scientific process of speed skating training, and lays a foundation for improving the overall level of speed skating in China.
