关于MPV车型后排乘坐空间及后减震器动刚度不足问题的优化方案

摘　　要：MPV车型因对内部空间的需求,无法像SUV及轿车一样布置完整的C环结构,造成后轮罩区域刚度偏弱,由于后减震器布置与后轮罩区域,该区域刚度及动刚度的不足直接影响整车NVH效果,对乘客的体验产生直接影响。本文介绍一种改善MPV车型后排乘坐空间同时兼顾后减震器动刚度的车身结构。Unlike SUV and sedans,due to the interior space requirements,the complete C-ring structure can’t be applied on MPV body structure,which weakens the stiffness of the rear wheel housing area.As the rear shock absorber placement,the insufficient stiffness and dynamic stiffness of the rear wheel housing area directly affects the NVH effect of the vehicle,and has a direct impact on the passenger experience.This paper introduces a vehicle body structure of improving the rear passenger room and the dynamic stiffness of rear shock absorber.
